AYUNA RETURN POLICY
At Ayuna, we want you to be happy with the quality of your purchase.
Returns and refunds
We unfortunately, are unable to refund or credit amounts paid for returned products should you change your mind, so we ask that you please choose your products carefully.
If your product(s) are faulty due to quality control issues, or the goods have been damaged during transit, we will provide you with either replacement products, or a credit note. We are unable to provide refunds on purchases.
Return Procedure
Should you have received goods from us that are faulty due to quality control issues, or the goods have been damaged during transit, please contact us at info@integratedgos.com.au or call us at +91 8341559434 with your order number and details. We will then provide you with a Return of Goods Request Form. Once you send this completed Form to us, we will then assess the request, and if approved, we will then forward to an Ayuna Return of Goods Note to you.
The goods are to then be returned to us, along with the Ayuna Return of Goods Note are to be securely packed and posted to:

We do not accept return goods without an Ayuna Return of Goods Note.
Postage is to be made via registered or certified mail, to be paid for by the purchaser. Please note that we do not take responsibility for damage of goods during transit.
Once we receive the returned goods in our warehouse, they will be inspected for approval. Once approved, you will be notified of this and a credit note will be issued to you, or we will supply you with replacement products.
COVID-19 Healthy Workplace Policy: Due to Health Issues surrounding COVID-19, we do not accept returned goods, without correctly following the above Return Policy.
